1. Return & Refund Policy – Manara Lighting

Thank you for shopping with Manara Lighting – Luxury Lighting Studio. We take pride in offering premium lighting products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns

  • We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered products.

  • To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email at manaraltdlko@gmail.com or phone at +91 8953652667 / +91 8052399123 with your order number, photos of the defect/damage, and a description of the issue.

  • Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.

  • We do not accept returns for custom-made or clearance items unless defective.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10–15 working days.

  • In some cases, a replacement or store credit may be offered instead of a refund.


Non-Refundable Items

  • Products damaged by misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

  • Products returned without prior authorization.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Exchange

If you wish to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order by emailing manaraltdlko@gmail.com. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.


How to Return

  • Email us at manaraltdlko@gmail.com with your order details and photos.

  • After approval, we will share return instructions.

  • You are responsible for shipping costs of returning the item unless the product was defective or wrongly delivered.
