Cancellation, Return & Exchange

Returns:

  • If you would like to return a product, no questions asked, unless verified that the request is authentic.

  • Please write to us at support@manaralights.com, or call us at +918953652667, and we will get in touch with you within 24 hours of receiving your request.

  • You can only request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. Products must be returned in their original packaging with the price tags, barcodes, labels, user manual, warranty card, invoices etc.

  • You must drop the product(s) at the nearest store/warehouse or post us to your nearest store.

  • The product should not have been installed, or the product(s) should not have any wear and tear. The returned products are subject to verification and checks by Manara Staff in order to determine the legitimacy of the return.

  • Any products returned in a damaged condition will not be refunded.

  • It takes 5 to 7 working days for us to process the refund when we receive the same in good condition.

  • To issue a credit note against the returned items (perfect condition), it could take up to 3-4 business days.

Exchange:


  • If you have received a damaged/defective/incorrect product, please get in touch with the customer service by email at support@manaralights.com – within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Microscopic defects that are not visible when the products are installed will not be entertained.

  • On receiving Your complaint, Manara shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if Manara is convinced that the complaint is genuine, Manara will start initiate the replacement process.

  • In order to exchange the product, you are required to comply with the below mentioned conditions:

  • Please notify Manara of receipt of a damaged/defective/incorrect product within 24 hours of delivery to you. If you are unable to do so within 24 hours, Manara shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order.
  • Products should be unused.

  • Manara will arrange pick-up of the damaged/defective/incorrect Product through its logistics partner. If Manara is unable to do so, Manara will notify You regarding the same and you will be required to dispatch the product using a reputed courier in your respective area within one day from receipt of such notice. Courier freight charges will be reimbursed in such form as is determined by the logistics team upon consultation with Manara.

  • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, barcodes, labels, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc.

  • It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of products during transit.

  • The returned Products are subject to verification and checks by Manara in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint. If the claim is not legitimate, you will be required to bear the shipping costs for the product.
  • Once the product is received by Manara the replacement product will be dispatched to you within 24 hours.

Cancellation:


  • An order cannot be cancelled once confirmed. You can modify an order (with products of the same or more value) within 24 hours, provided the order has not been shipped.
  • If you want to modify your order (within 24 hours) before the order has been shipped, please call the customer service number +918953652667 or please send us an email at support@manaralights.com with the new product details (name, color, price, size)
  • If you have an account with us, please cancel the order from your ‘My Orders’ Page, else, drop us an email at support@manaralights.com.

Terms & Conditions For Customers:


  • Bulbs are generally included with the purchase of any of our light fittings make sure to check before purchasing if not, Bulbs will be charged additionally.
  • Installation is a free service with subject to free service is available in your selected delivery location and the order value meets the minimum value i.e Rs30,000.
  • Damages are to be reported within 24 hours from the time of delivery.
  • Corrosion due to sustained exposure to the sea breeze, use of harsh chemicals, wet cloth or water on the product surfaces will not be liable for coverage under our warranty.
  • Using only a dry microfiber cloth to clean the product is recommended.
  • Unless stated otherwise, tax on the invoice is not payable under reverse charges. Supplies under reverse charges are to be mentioned separately.

  • The lights come with a 1-year warranty (Only electrical issues are covered under warranty) on manufacturing defects only. Please keep this invoice safe for the claim.
